Well I had a wonderful Mother's day and weekend. My two boys took me camping at the lake for 4 days and boy did we have fun. This is one of our favorite things to do as a family. They made me a camp fire every night as well as dinner. On actual Mother's Day they took me to Nami's Japanese Steak House, which is my favorite restaurant. They have to hibachi's and the shows.
The picture of the shot gun shell is the continuing story from the next pictures down. When Owen lost the plastic fish off of his fishing pole. papa found this and the shot gun shell is what became his new fish. It was so funny.

The Best Mother's Day weekend!

This was funny. There was a small plastic fish that was tied on to the end of Owen's fishing pole that comes with it so that they can pretend fishing without the hooks. Well mommy went to help him cast it and when we did the fish came off. This is daddy trying to come to the rescue to save the fish, unfortunately no such luck it was too far out, but good try daddy.

This is Owen's new thing that he loves to do just like daddy. We went to Wal-mart and let him pick out his own fishing pole and he hasn't wanted to put it down since then. He is getting really good at casting it.

I think this picture is so funny. The flash on my camera is so stinkin bright and so we the chris is the only one that could keep his eyes open, Owen and I tryed.

This is Owen trying to be just like his daddy. It is the cutest thing, everything that Chris does, Owen is right there to try to be just like him. Here Chris was breaking sticks over his leg to put them in the fire and Owen was right along his side to help. Chris is the best father that Owen and I could have ever asked for.

We had a huge flood about 3 weeks ago and this is some of the damage that it did. This is at west Cliff and the debris is up to the picnic tables.
This is our trip to the Zoo a few days ago with our cousins Tony, Sarah, and Zackary. They are aunt and uncle Sarah and Tony to Owen. He just started calling them that one day and it has stuck ever since. Owen and Zackary have the most fun together, it is fun to watch them play together.

This was at the air show in temple. This has become our family thing to do every year and we love it. They jet was flying over in this picture and it was really loud.

I was so proud of him he typed out the birth certificate all by himself. The letters are color coded and so i just told him what color to punch and he did it.

Owen kept laughing everytime the wave hit him and so he was gettign water in his mouth everytime. we told him to close his mouth and so this is how he closed his mouth.
